1 Avocado- Chopped
1 Heaping Tbs. of each: Tomatoes, purple onion, pomegranate seeds (when in season, if
in season use craisens)
1 tsp. jalapenos (can use more if you want more zest)
Add Kosher salt and Lime juice to taste
* For big groups I usually 3-4 times this recipe.
