Cake:
4 Extra large eggs
1 C. Veg. Oil
2 C. sugar
2 C. solid pack pumpkin
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground giner
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese softened
6 Tbs. Butter softened
1 Tbs. Whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 C. powdered sugar
Directions:
1- Beat eggs, oil, sugar
2- Add pumpkin and mix
3- In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix
4- Gradually add dry ingredients to mixture. Mix until smooth
5- Pour into greased cookie sheet
6- Bake at 374 Degrees for 20 min. Cool before spreading frosting.
